ANOTHER YEARLING SALE Thirty-Five Bring Total of 3,900 Top Price for Friar Rock Colt. NEW YORK, X. Y., Sept. S. The last of the eastern yearling sales for the year was held under tho auspices of tho Fasig-Tipton Company at Durlands Biding Academy last night. Thirty-five yearlings were disposed of for a grand total of $.r3.900, or an average of 1,497. The star of the sale was the Friar Bock Aslttor-eth colt in the consignment of Edward Cebrian, which was sold to O. A. Bianchi for 1921.sh,000. The bay colt by Delhi Zenobia in the Carr and Piatt consignment brought the next highest amount. He was sold to C. A. Stoneham for ,000. The Edward Cebrian consignment of fifteen yearlings went for a total of 7,550, or an average of ,830. while the Carr and Piatt band of four-teen brought S,750, or an average of ,039.
