MAC0MBER SCORES ANOTHER VICTORY PABIS. France, September S. Racing was resumed at Chantilly Wednesday before a fashionable throng and amid ideal conditions. The Prix de Villiers, a twovear-old race, at three-quarters, and worth ,000 to the winner, was won by A. K. Macombers Pantagreul, a bay colt by Rabelais Cagnotte, by Champignol. Frank ONeill rode the winner. Frank ONeill is well ahead of Matt McGee in the list of French jockeys. To date ONeill has had eighty-seven victories against his rivals sev-entry-eight. McGee rode three winners for Baron Edouard de Rothschild 3-osterdu3 The American pair are well in advance of all other riders iu France.
