WYNNEWOOD improved his position steadily and, passing FLUFF in the stretch, drew away at his riders leisure to win in a canter. FLUFF was a prominent contender all the way and held second place safe. TING-A-LING raced into a quick lead, but came wide when entering the stretch and lost ground. ORDERLY showed early speed. FRIZLET was badly outpaced. SUXXYLANI was repeatedly cut off. but came fast in the. stretch and gained steadily, but could not quite get up. DIMMESDALE quit after going three-quarters in the lead. FRED KINNEY was lame when going to the post, but raced well and llnished gamely. BERRINGTON and ROUNDSMAN had no mishaps. FRANK FOGARTY took the lead when entering the stretch, lint tired in the last eighth. SALUTE ran a good race. PUALARIS lacked early speed, but was running fast at the end.
