Won easily; second and third driving. TREVELYAN, after racing in close pursuit of the early leaders, came fast through the stretch into a good lead and was easing tip at the end. ROCKET dropped back on the last turn, but came again in the stretch and outstayed ALEX II. The latter showed the most early speed, but tired in the last eighth. MARYLAND BELLE ran a game race.
