PLAYFELLOW CASE IS POSTPONED NF.W YORK. N. Y.. January 9 -Fred Fyke, assistant to attorney Philip A. Brennan. counsel for finny M. Sinclair in his 00,000 suit against James 1". IssaSssa in conneetion with the sale of Playfellow, appeared before justice Kapper in Part 1. of the Supreme Court. Brooklyn. Monday morning, to ask a postponement until January HO. He reported that attorney Brennan is ill and unable to appear. Attorney H. S. Sullivan for the defense agreed to the postponement, which wa* then granted by psstftea Kttpper.
