Shelley, racing secretary of the Kentucky Jockey Club, came over fiom Liuisville Saturday and in company wih general manager Mutt J. Winn visited the local track after the meeting of the State Racing Cominjy_un. Judge Shelley stated that he is at work otfrne program hook for the Lexington spring meeting and w ill have it in the hands of lhe printer before the end of March.
