GOLDEN CORN FOR ONE THOUSAND Marshall Fields filly Golden Corn will be ready early and if all goes well will race al Newmarket Craven meeting early in April. Hugh Powney, her trainer, is lengthening her exercise at Newmarket to a mile nowadays. Golden Corn is evidently fitting for the One Thousand Guineas, to be run April 28. She was not nominated for the Epsom Derby. Mr. Field is on his way to England to see his horses and especially the Golden Suu filly, of which he is fond.
