Lang for second place on the jockey list. Lang rode four winners last week. M. Fator met with marked suc-[ cess, piloting nine winners, while C. Rails had six, L. Penman and It. Carter five each. Hun tamer, the sensation of last winters rac-I ing, who wa3 seriously injured a few weeks I agj, still holds forth at the top of the list, but his big lead is gradually diminishing and as there is little chance of him returning to the saddle before late in the summer, if then, it is almost certain that a new leader will soon occupy the coveted position be has held al-j most since the beginning of the year. The records of the thirty leaders are as follows : Jockey. Mts. 1st. 2d. Sd.lnp. P.C. L.W.
