a FOUR BLUE BONNET STAKES MONTREAL, Quebec, April 23.— Four stakes are announced for decision at tho spring meeting of the Montreal Jockey Club, which will inaugurate the racing of the Canadian Racing Associations lure on Juno S with the Windsor Hotel Cup Handicap as the outstanding feature. It has been decided to increase the added money in this event this year and ,000 has been named as the ligure, making it the most valuable race to be computed for at the spring meetings hereabouts. The three other stakes included in the program are the Kindergarten, the Con-naught Cup Handicap and tho Prince of Wales Steeplechase Handicap, to each of which an amount of J 2,500 will be added.
