France, June 26.— The Prix des 3 Drags, at about two miles and three-quar-ters, run at Auteuil Friday, was won by the Due Decaxess Waterford, grey gelding, six years old, by I,e Souvier, from a mare - by The Raft. The day was showery, but this did not prevent a great crowd from turning out for r the jumping program. Society was there en-masse - and many wonderful costumes ap- . peared on the lawns in spite of the weather. Among the Americans present were Joseph 1 E. Widener, F. R. Htchcock and Mrs. H.
