SUSPICION, after racing in close pursuit of the leader in the early running, finished gamcy under vigorous riding and outgamed LAURA OAKFKEY in the laBt strides. The latter set n fiisi pace and raced into a long lead after entering the stretch, but tired finally. BKTTY WOOD finished resolutely on the citrcme outside and outstayed Cf-OVALY. The latter ran well and had no mishaps. JENN115 C. ran a game race. IAPILLON was hard ridden and never prominent. There was considerable crowding end bumping after the start and the fir?t tlirct horses at the start were the only ones escaping interference. DUSTABOUT began clowly, but gradually improved his position and outstayed S PURITY in the final drive. The latter showed early speed and finished gamely. CAVEAT EMPTOR wa not persevered with.
