RULINGS IN CANADA At the recent meeting of the Canadian Racing Associations at Fort Erie the following rulings were given : Floyd Coopers application for a riders license was denied. The suspension incurred by Mack Garner at the past Fort Erie meeting was terminated. The entry of the horse Buckboard, which was refused at Hamilton, due to unruly actions, was sustained and applied to all tracks under the jurisdiction of the Canadian Racing Associations. The protest filed by B. Harding, owner of Bucado, which finished second to Hopeless in a stake race at Windsor, was not sustained. It was resolved that the horses of W. D. Bernhardt, which include Grass Tree, Lucky B., Jago and Exhorter, are indefinitely suspended and denied the privileges of all race courses under the jurisdiction of the Canadian Racing Associations.
