JOCKEYS LANG AND S COBLE INJURED AT SARATOGA SARATOGA SPRINGS, N. Y., August 11. There was an unfortunate accident came out of the running of the five and a half furlongs dash at the end of the program, when "three horses, Belphrizonia, ridden by B. Marinelli; Pay Dear, with "Chick" Lang in the saddle, and The Clown, ridden by E. Scobie, all fell. Pay Dear broke a leg as a result of her fall. Marinelli escaped with a severe shaking up, while an examination revealed that Lang had suffered a broken collarbone and Scobie a broken rib.
