Won driving; second and third the same. FINCASTLE passed OGARITE on the last turn and drew away into a long lead, but was tiring badly at the finish. JACQUES began fiatfooted, but closed an immense gap and was running fastest of all at the end. BOBBY ALLEN raced forwardly all the way and held the others safe. PAUL CONNELLY ran well. SEA AVAY showed early speed and had no mishaps. COLONEL MATT ran far belovy his real form. FIFTY-FIFTY closed a big gap. LAST ONE ran one of his bad races. TURNABOUT raced into an easy lead, but tired badly after leading to the last eighth. CAVALCADOUR II. reared up in the air at the start.
