FEUSTEL SAILS FOR EUROPE NEW YORK, N. Y., September 9. Louis Feustel, trainer for August Belmont, who was forced to relinquish his duties temporarily because of poor health, sailed for Europe Thursday. He will take a long vacation in an effort to recover his health.
