AMERICANS WIN IN FRANCE PARIS, France, September 11. Racing at Fontainebleau Friday was marked by two American victories. J. E. Wideners good two-year-old Sea Rock, ridden by McGee, won the Prix du Conseil Municipal at five and a half furlongs. The Prix du Societe dEncouragement, for three-year-olds and over, resulted in a victory for A. K. Macom-bers Phusla, a four-year-old chestnut colt, by Maintenon Pope Joan.
