GRISELDA came with a rush on the outside in the stretch and got up for second place in the final stride. BROMELIA attempted to run out on the first turn and was tiring at the end. MOLLIE BARNES quit. MAY ROBERTS, after being saved to the last turn, passed GRACE FOSTER and took a good lead, but was ridden out to outstay LITTLE AMMIE. The latter worked her way up on the inside, but came to the outside on the stretch turn and finished fast. GRACE FOSTER began sluggishly and raced into the lead on the backstretch, but tired in the stretch drive. PETITE DAME set the pace brielly and had no mishaps. MISS FILLEY was always outpaced.
