DON CAS TEES WETTEST DAY LONDON, England, September 14. "While Robert the Devils St Lcger day, in 1880, has been regarded as the wettest in the history of Doncaster, England, racing; it could not have been much worse than the St. j Leger day experience yesterday at this fa- mous course.
