GREEN GOLD, close up from the start, raced into the lead after reaching the stretch and had to be ridden hard for a time in the last eighth, but was going away at the end. GOLDEN FLOSS set a. fast pace from the start and stayed gamely through the stretch drive. ROYAL DICK showed improvement and raced prominently all the way. MAHONY was taken back in the first quarter and came through in the last eighth. IURDIE G. almost fell when she stumbled after going three-eighths. FINDAY had no mishaps. SUPERBUM was off badly. NULLI SECUNDUS was far back all the way. MISS COLLETTE unseated her rider when she was caught in a jam. TODY showed the most early speed, but was lucky to bo second. BULLION, with the Incompetent ride he had, ceased to be a dangerous contender after going three-quarters. SANDS OJT PLEASURE tired in the stretch. The others were never dangerous.
