F. J. BRUEN ON TO LATONIA "WINDSOR, Ont,. October 6. Frank J. Bruen, who was here for a couple of days in the interest of the Cuba-American Jockey and Auto Club, departed tonight for Latonia. Mr. Bruens plans are for a stay of ten days in Kentucky, when he will leave for Maryland. The way in which the horsemen of Kenilworth have responded has convinced him that the change in policy of distributing the 50,000, which in former years was added to stakes, to the overnight purses was a wise one. Every effort is being made to please the horsemen and they will be agreeably surprised at the many improvements which were made during the summer months to that part of Oriental Park where the stables are built
