; LEADING AMERICAN JOCKEYS One of the outstanding incidents of last weeks racing was the wonderful success of M. Fator in the saddle, that youngster riding seventeen winners. He is gaining rapidly on the two leaders, Lang and Wilson, and has an excellent chance to wrest the coveted honor from them. B. Kennedy is another rider that has met with signal success of late. Last week he rode ten winners, thereby joining the select list of jockeys who have ridden one hundred or more winners this year. Earl Sande, the premier rider of the country, added seven to his score last week and easily heads them all in the matter of percentage, the real test of a riders ability. The standing of the thirty leaders is as follows: Jockey. Mts. 1st. 2d. 3d. Unp. P.C.L.W. Lang, C.
