MEXICAN RACING- CONCESSION SAX FRANCISCO, Cal., October 11. It is asserted here by friends of James Bassaty that he has secured a ten-year racing concession from the Mexican government. This is taken to mean that the Bassaty interests are planning to race at Tijuana In the event they receive a favorable decision in the litigation pending over the control of the property where the Tijuana course is located.
