CESAREWITCH IS WON BY FORESTERS LIGHT DRAGOON SPECIAL CABLEGRAM. NEWMARKET, England, October 11. Captain F. Foresters Light Dragoon, four-yar-old bay gelding, by Charles OMalley Queens Parade, scored a surprise victory in the running of the Cesarewitch this afternoon. Quoted at 100 to 1 and almost entirely neglected by the bettors the geldings victory was a distinct shock to the huge crowd. None of the horses which attracted any considerable speculation figured seriously in the running. A. P. Cunliffes Charlebelle, the favorite, was well placed to The Bushes, but in the last quarter tired badly. Bally Heron and Flint Jack, which shared the position of second favorite, were never in contention. Tishy finished a bad last, fully a furlong behind the winner. Following is a summary of the race: Captain V.
