TO CAMPAIGN AT TIJUANA J. W. McClelland to Ship Six of the Lexington-Xalapa Stable to Mexican Track. James W. McClelland, manager of the Lex -ington-Xalapa Stable of Edward F. Simms and Henry Oliver, of which Lucky Hour is the most brilliant member, has reserved stabling accommodations for six horses at Tijuana throughout the coming winter meeting; Missionary and Southern Cross, three-year-olds, and John Paul Jones and Bon Homme, four-year-olds, will be the Simms nominations in the Coffroth Handicap. Missionary is now at the peak of his form and will race at Pimlico and Bowie through November. The other three horses, which were in line condition through the summer, staled a bit in September and are now undergoing freshening. They will be ripe for racing again in January. McClelland will winter Lucky Hour at Havre de Grace with several coming three-year-olds and ten or a dozen budding two-year-olds. He may assign his Tijuana string to Roy Waldron, or he may turn them over to Kimball Patterson, who is in Maryland now training a public stable and preparing to ship to Tijuana immediately after the finish of the Pimlico meeting. Patterson was i the developer of Eternal, The Wandere", Leonardo II., Bon Hommev My Play, Missionary and Lucky Hour. He was with the Lexington-Xalapa establishment for several years. Andrew Sehuttinger, the contract jockey of the Lexington-Xalapa Stable, will ride at Tijuana through the winter.
