NEW WASHINGTON PARK CLUB HOUSE Here is a prospectus of the Club House which the Washington Park Breeders Association proposes to build. It will not only attract the eye because of its architectural beauties but because of the accommodations provided, every modern convenience being included in the plans. The summer porches, facing east and south, will give an abundance of room for dinner-dances and parties and during the race meeting will accommodate several thousand who prefer to view the racing from the club veranda.
