CURRENT NOTES OF THE TURF The Kohn and Theisen horses have been retired for the winter at a farm near Lexington. J. S. Hawkins has turned out his horses for the winter and will go to Hot Springs to remain for several months. Former jockey Lee Wedderstrnnd, who about ten years ago rode for Fred Luzader and J. W. May, died Sunday and was buried AVednesday at Latonia. The Royal Palm is another new hotel just opened in Havana that will appeal to American patrons of the racing at Oriental Park during the winter. It is modern in every respect. i
