I FRANCIS NELSON GOES WEST TORONTO, Ont, November 5. Francis Nelson, steward of the Canadian Racing Associations, left last night for San Diego, Cal. He will again be the presiding steward at the Tijuana meeting, which begins Thanksgiving Day.
