H. P. HEADLEYS WIFE DEAD LEXINGTON, Ky., December 9. Mrs. Martha Withers Headley, wife of Hal Price Hcadley, owner of Beaumont and La Belle Farms, and widely known breeder of thoroughbred horses, died this afternoon at three oclock, the result of double pneumonia, which was contracted last Tuesday. She is survived by her husband and three young daughters, also by her parents, Mr. and Mrs. William Temple Withers, and three sisters.
