KSAR RETIRED TO THE STUD PARIS, France, December 1. Ksar, the great four-year-old French colt, by Bruleur Kizil Kourgan, by Omnium II., which won 20,000 during his racing career, has been taken out of training and will stand at the Jardy Stud in the spring.
