TO REBUILD B BIG-HOUSE PARK STANDS SAN FRANCISCO, Cal., December 9. Robert Leighton, racing secretary of tha new Pacific Coast Jockey Club, has secured permission to absent himself from San Francisco during the Christmas holidays. He plans to go to Vancouver, B. C. and arrange for the reconstruction of the stands at Bng-house Park, which were recently destroyed by fire.
