WARNS RACING PUBLIC The New Washington Park Breed ¬ ers Association which will besin work February 15 on the race track it proposes to build at Ilivcrdale 111 wishes to announce to racing enthu ¬ siasts of Chicago and elsewhere that it is not soliciting subscriptions sell ¬ ing stock or memberships It calls attention to the recently announced statement printed in Daily Ptacms Form that fiftyone business men of Chicago have guaranteed 1500000 for the purpose of restoring racing In Chicago on a high plane The public is advised not to pay any attention to literature purporting to come from this organization unless signed by Judge Joseph A Murphy the director general or those authorized by him
