DERBY CROWD OF 75000 LOUISVILLE Ky March 29 General manager M J Whin came down from Cov iiiKton today to personally supervisa improve ¬ ments l eiii made at Churchill Downs A new clubhouse is in the course of construc lon and the stewards stand is to be moved 155 feet beyond the present finish line in front of the new clubhouse The latter when completed will be arranged so it will permit 5000 persons to view the races from that vantage ground alone alonePractically Practically every reserved box has already been sold for the Derby None of the regular seats will be reserved and the lirst come first served policy will apply to them It is conservatively estimated by the manage ¬ ment that 75000 persons will see this years renewal of the Derby
