* TAKES HEWITT ESTATE LEASE LEXINGTON, Ky.. April 20— it was made known today that V. I-. Caskejr, Jr.. lias taken over the lease of the H. H. Hewitt estate on Robert S. Straders Falkland Farm and has there ten yearlings and a half dosen mares. He has just purchased all f the thoroughbreds belonging to W. E. Dobbins of Silver Lake. Ky. They arrived yesterday from J. B. Respeas* Highland Stock Farm at Briaager. ihey are the mares Milkyway. a sister to Olga Star, by Star Shoot, and her yearling colt by Colonel Vennie ; Fspano. by Brunimel, and her yearling fiily by Dick Welles; Some Kid by Boanerges and Oeht sua by McGee. Some Kid last night foaled a chestnut colt by Royal 11. and will be mated with Leonard II. Espano and Oehenta alsa are in ft al to Royal II. -- +
