Of the many Derby candidates training at Churchill Downs none is better conditioned or has worked more impressively than Marshall Brothers Prince K. This sturdy son of the French sire Mont dOr was a slashing good two-year-old, which started twenty-nine times and won ten races last year. Apparently none the worse after his strenuous campaign of 1922 he has gone along in his Derby preparation, gaining many admirers by the fine form he has shown in his spring gallops. He is scheduled to go the full Derby route today at Churchill Downs.
