MARIONETTE quit after going a half in the lead. BEN WOOD displayed the most early speed and, setting a good pace to the stretch, finished resolutely. SILENT KING was hard ridden and ran a game race. Won handily; secrnd and third driving. PRINCE REGENT, after being under restraint in the early running, passed WILDRAKE after a mild drive in the stretch and won going away. WILDRAKE displayed the most speed to the last eighth, but tired in the final drive. OVERTAKE, on the outside all the way, closed up with a belated rush through the last eighth. PRICEMAKER raced under restraint in the early racing and took the lead near the end, but was unable to withstand the winners challenge. DUCKY set a fast pace to the last eighth and finished gamely, but tiring. FEYSUN closed up gamely on the stretch turn, but lost ground in the stretch drive. MISS DOMINO quit in the final quarter.
