NEW STANDS AT LINGFIELtf LONDON, Eng., Jan. 11. The building of new stands at Lingfield is proceeding apace. The old wooden structures have been entirely demolished, and the new concrete and steel erections will provide a ring and stands which will rank with the first in the country.
