DOCTOR D. worked his way up on the outside after rounding the far turn, but had to be hard ridden at the end to withstand the rush of MILDA. The latter began slowly but closed a big gap and finished fast on the extreme outside. GILDER raced well, but tired in the final drive. COPYRIGHT ran well to the head of the stretch, where he quit. LEGAL TENDER was. a forward contender from the start, but raced wide on the turns. MAGNET LAND tired badly. BIG NOISE ran fairly well. Won easily; second and third driving. CUBA ENCANTO raced in the best going all the way and, taking the lead, drew far away after entering the stretch. FOREWARN set the pace under restraint to the stretch tum, but was cut orf when he attempted to ccme through on the inside and, tiring in the last fifty yards, had to be ridden hard to withstand PR1 MITIAES rush. The latter ran well and finished fast. LITTLE ED finished with a rush in the middle of the track. MART OlIAUA began slowly and was forced back. PUNCTUAL closed a gap and outgamed MIRIAM COOPER in the final drive. The latter moved up fast after rounding the far turn into the lead, but tired badly at the end.
