Start gcod and slow. - Won driving; second and third the same. SUN MART raced forwardly from the sfclrt and, coming fast through the stretch, finished gamely and outstayed WATCH CHARM. The latter was close up for the entire race and made a resolute finish. GOLDFIELD was made much use cf in racing into the lead from a slow beginning and tired in the last sixteenth. ZANZIBAR closed a gap and finished fast. HOLLY BOY also finished well. BALDIXE had a rough race. RENIGNA quit after setting a fast pace to the stretch. BUSH BUCK ran well. Won driving; seeend and third the same. SAM FREEDMAN raced into the lead soon after the start and, under hard riding, held COL. WINN safe in the final drive. COL. WINN ran a good race and was running resolutely in the closing strides. TRUST OFFICIAL raced well and had no mishaps. MOCK ORANGE closed a gap in the stretch. ANTIQUITY showed speed, but gave way in the last eighth. BANKER BROWN was away poorly and will improve. EDDIE JR. finished close up. Scratched 70052 Our Betsy, 105. GEE quit in the stretch. FRANKMAN ran a good race frciu a poor beginning. QUEEN CHARMING was practically left at the post. BRILLIANT CAST was restrained in closest pursuit until reaching the stretch, then came fast and gamely and, wearing INVICTUS down, headed him in the final strides. INVICTUS quickly raced into a good lead and finished gamely, but tiring. HENRY M. DIETZ came fast near the end. THORN-DALE tired suddenly in the last eighth. DERONDA quit in the last sixteenth. BUCADO set a good pace and raced LILY M. into exhaustion, then finished gamely. LILY M. raced well, but tired in the last eighth. GONDOLIER was going fast at the end.
