PLAN KENTUCKY CAMPAIGN NEW ORLEANS, La., Feb. 7. George E. Phillips, trainer of the J. McMillen stable, is planning a campaign in Kentucky in the spring. He has entered Hermidale and Jim Kinney for the Kentucky and Latonia Derbys. Wheaton has been nominated for the Harold, Cincinnati Trophy, Bashford Manor and Queen City Handicaps, while Flint Stone is entered for the Independence, Quickstep, Grainger Memorial, Inaugural and Clark Handicaps.
