. C. W. HAYS FATHER DEAD NEW ORLEANS, La., Feb. 22. Word was received at the track today of the death of C. W. Hay, father of one of the stewards at the Fair Grounds. Mr. Hay departed immediately for .Teffersonville, Ind., home of his father, to attend the funeral. During his absence J. B. Campbell will serve as a steward.
