DR. ANDREW LOWRY DEAD LEXINGTON, Ky., March 2. A telegram from Ironton, Ohio, this morning announces the death of Dr. Andre Clark Lowry, vice-president of the Tri-State Fair and Racing Association, owners of Raceland. He had long been a sufferer from spinal affliction, the result of the accidental discharge of a gun in the hands of a friend with whom he was hunting birds.
