Die latter tired after racing into the lead. HOMAM finished fast on the inside. BENGALI began slowly and was shuffled back, but was closing up : gamely at the end. 31 ELBA POLLY closed a gap. The latter worked his Way up on the inside to the stretch turn, where he was taken to the outside of the winner and made a fast finish. RAPID STRIDE ran well, but was tiring at the end. NIMROD rushed to the front soon after the start and easily won all the way. PllADES ran well, but had to be hard ridden to withstand BABBLINGS challenge. The latter raced wide tn all the turns, but finished with a rush. IMPOSSIBLE was a bit sore when going to the post. CASTILLA ran well. Scratched 77614 Florence B. EULANGER closed a gap with a rush into a long lead, but quit in he last eighth. RING ROSE set the pace to the far turn and quit badly. NORTH AVALES was hn light on the outside of the leaders on the stretch turn and finished fast and gamely. FLYING PRINCE came wide at the head of the ; stretch and finished with a rush in the middle of the track. PLENTYCOOS set a fast early pace, but 1 quit after going three-quarters. The latter raced well. MABEL K. quit and so did MINUS.
