PIMLICOS NEWEST FEATURE BALTIMORE, Md., March 23. During the coming Pimlico spring meeting. May 1 to 13, four stakes will be decided which had their initial running in 1923. These are the Jennings Handicap, for three-year-olds and upward. ,000 added, three-quarters of a mile, won last year by the Glen Riddle Farm Stables Dinna Care ; the Renncrt Handicap, three-year-olds, ,000 added, three-quarters of a mile, won by It. T. Wilsons Tall Timber; the Howard claiming, three-year-olds, ,000 added, one mile, won by S. Louis Lady Myra ; and the Arlington claiming, three-year-olds and upward, ,000 added, one mile and a sixteenth, won by G. C. Winfreys Pastoral Swain. The Bennert Handicap is a revival of an old fixture. In addition the Pimlico Homebred, for two-year-olds, ,500 added, four and a half furlongs, will have its third running, the winner in 1922 being R. T. Wilsons Tall Timber, and in 1923 W. M. Jeffords Cockney. This year another new feature has been added to the spring program in the revival of the 5,000 added Dixie Handicap.
