WINS TIJUANA FUTURITY SAN DIEGO. Cal., March 23. Master Charlie, one of the four entries from the W. Daniel stable, won the Tijuana Futurity today In the fast time of 53, breaking the former record of 53 for the four and a half furlongs established this year by The Dictator. Socrates, also one of the Daniel contingent, was second, with Notenough, coupled with Ocean Current, as the Applegate entry, getting third place. Jockey Jimmy Butwell, tho veteran rider, had the mount on the winner. The race was worth ?9,370 to the winner. Ocean Current, John T. D., Mission Peak, Nellie A. and Stampdale also ran.
