BOTHER ?ct a fast early pace and won all the way. but was tiring at the end and barely lasted to out finish GYMKHANA. The latter came on the outside of the winner in the stretch and. finishing fast and gamely, was gradually wearing her down. ARBITRATION was running fastest of all at the end. Won easily; second and third driving. GUINGAMP followed the leaders, close up, until the last turn of the field, then wore HOUYHNHNM down and passed him when going to the last fence, to win g ing away. CARABINIER was far back until in the last turn of the field, then closed a big gap with I rush and was wearing the leader down when he met with interference at the last jump. ST. LAWRENCE jumped well, but tired in the last quarter. ROCKING HORSE quit after leading for over a mile. DBOISIVE lost his rider at the fourth and HOUYHNHNM fell at the last jump. Won driving; second and third the same WKSSIE B. was as good as left and raced with the tailenders in the early nmtiing, but BSSSBBi up rapidly on the inside, coming fast through the stretch, wore ST. DONARD down and outgamed him in the final drive. ST. DONARD raced in to a good lead, but ran wide on the turns and was tiring at the end. DR. lUAKI.KS WKLLS ran well and was hard ridden. FADDIST raced like a good colt, be-an slowly and was outrun to the stretch turn, but came with a rush and, f in shing straight and true, was catching the winner with every stride. ANNTK JORDAN ran green, but showed early speed and tire J. STORM KING began slowly from the extreme outside and moved up fast when settled in his stride and was eased up when he tired. NOEL saved ground on all the turns and gamely out fin shed WELLFINDER. The latter swerved out at the head of the stretch and was tiring at the end. D1NNA ARK began slowly.
