NO RULING AGAINST SHARPE CLEVELAND, Ohio, May 30.— At private terms J. J. Bussed sold Sleigh Bells to J. Bauni, and .1. Price will train the lilly. It develops that jockey F. Sharpe was only refused permission to ride here during the remainder of this meeting and no ruling was issued against him by the officials depriving him of riding elsewhere. Sharpe- left last night for Ottawa.
