to to ir. ee le e- v- s- n- for or rd JOCKEY PARKE IS IMPROVING CINCINNATI, Ohio, June 10.— Jockey Ivan Parke, peer of western race riders, today was notified by his physician that he would be forced to remain at the flood Samaritan Hospital at least another week, if not longer, in order that he will suffer no ill effects from his recent operation for appendicitis. Parke, according to word from the hospital late Tuesday, had passed a comfortable day and was cheerful as well as rapidly improving.
