BELMONT PARK NOTES NEW YORK, N. Y., Sept. 1. The condition books for the coming Aqueduct meeting which opens on Tuesday, September 1G, were distributed today. The Fasig-Tipton Company will have a sale of horses in training in the Belmont paddock on Futurity day, Sept. 13. The principal consignor at this time is Phil T. Chinn. Though the name of Ed Lowe was posted on the notice board as an added starter such was not die case. His name was omitted from the entries by a mistake. The race in. which he performed was an overnight contest in which it was not possible to add a starter. Master Charlie, winner of the Hopeful Stakes at Saratoga Saturday, was purchased as a yearling by William Daniel at the Phil T. Chinn, sale for something like ,000. He was winner of the Tijuana Futurity earlier in the year and it was that victory that imposed the penalty that brought his weight to 130 pounds in the Hopeful.
