KOSMAN began slowly, but was rushed up on the outside and, forcing the pace all the way, made a game finish. RED SQUIRREL made up some ground in the stretch and ran a good race. PETER BROWN set a fast pace to the final sixteenth where he tired, but finished resolutely. BOYS BELIEVE ME raced close up all the way, but tired in the final drive.
