HORSEMEN MEET TONIGHT LOUISVILLE, Ky., Oct 28. An attendance of over 100 members of the Thoroughbred Horse Associationis expected tomorrow night at their dinner, to be held at the Seelbach hotel. Following the repast will come the meeting, at which various subjects will be discussed, pertaining to winter racing. Several of the winter tracks where racing will be held will have representation at the meeting and make known their plans regarding purses, number of races that they will give daily and the roster of their officials. President E. R. Bradley will preside with the full directorate and Secretary T. B. Cromwell will also be present
